Specifically, by week 3 you will apply the 80/20 boundary method that eliminates the non-essential tasks currently draining your capacity. This is because the invisible constraints — toxic perfectionism, boundary erosion, the pressure to over-deliver and under-claim — tend to intensify under executive-level pressure, not diminish. Positive Intelligence® (PQ) is a research-backed framework developed by Shirzad Chamine, based on neuroscience, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioural science. Specifically, it identifies the mental “Saboteurs” — internal thought patterns such as the Judge, the Perfectionist, the Pleaser, and the Hyper-Achiever — that undermine performance under pressure. Furthermore, it builds the “Sage” mental muscles: empathy, curiosity, creativity, and decisive action. Consequently, PQ is not a motivational concept but a measurable mental fitness practice. In fact, participants complete a validated PQ assessment at the start of the programme to identify their specific saboteur profile. As a result, every coaching conversation is personalised to the actual internal patterns that are costing them performance — not generic leadership theory.

This is a deliberate and strategic decision — not a logistical convenience. Specifically, the corporate reality of global OEMs and tech organisations is English, particularly in the Germany–Slovakia–India triangle that defines the matrix environment of our participants. Therefore, if you want to steer strategic decisions from Munich to Bratislava to Pune, you must operate with confidence in the corporate language. Furthermore, this programme functions as a psychologically safe training ground for exactly that environment: you practice assertive communication, boundary-setting, and Executive Presence in English before you take them into the real boardroom. Consequently, participants from DACH organisations consistently report that the English environment was initially uncomfortable — and ultimately one of the most valuable aspects of the programme.

Absolute confidentiality is the non-negotiable foundation of this programme. Specifically, what is shared within the group sessions stays within the group — all participants explicitly commit to this at the outset. Furthermore, the two private 1:1 Executive Coaching sessions are designed precisely for topics that cannot and should not be raised in a group setting: internal politics, salary negotiations, specific conflicts with named individuals, or sensitive organisational dynamics. Consequently, you always have a fully private channel for the most personal dimensions of your development. Moreover, neither coach will share participant identities, company affiliations, or session content with any third party under any circumstances — including your employer, even in the case of a corporate-sponsored cohort.
