For organizations where formal NDA documentation is standard practice, that can be arranged before the call. The conversation is safe from the first sentence.

If your challenge is outside Andy’s area of expertise, or if a different type of intervention would serve you better, you will hear that directly — with a recommendation for a better path. The only engagement worth starting is one that is genuinely useful to you. Anything else wastes your time and his.
